PURCHASING

1.   Can anyone purchase from your website?

No, we (aspeedusa.com) only sell to wholesale members of our website. 

2.   How can I become a wholesale member of aspeedusa.com?

You must submit an online application and be approved. Applications without accurate and suitable information will be denied. We normally send approval notifications within 24 hours. 

3.   Do you have a minimum initial purchase requirement?

Yes, the total amount for the initial order must exceed $150.

 

PAYMENT

1.   What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card & Discover), wire transfers and COD money order and/or company checks.

SHIPPING

1.   Do you do drop shipping or ship directly to my buyers?

No, we only ship to addresses that are associated to the member and verified by documentation.   

2.   How long does it take you to ship my order?

We ship out orders within 24 hours—you will be notified if otherwise. 

3.   Which freight companies do you use?

We work with all trucking companies and parcel services. Unless our customers instruct us differently, we ship out packages via UPS ground.
